The course registration includes entrance to all the scientific sessions, cadaver dissections, access to the commercial exhibition, course material, coffee breaks, working lunches, transfers from course HQ to cadaver dissection rooms, Friday dinner and a certificate of attendance,  and does not include accommodation costs. 

  • There is limited number of participants. We apply the first paid, first served principle. Registration will be confirmed upon registration fee has been transferred.
  • We kindly ask the participants to provide a copy of their medical degree. This is needed to follow the Hungarian law regulations.

Terms and Conditions


Upon completion of your online registration, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt by email.

Liability


In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the cadaver course to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the course and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy


All costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€). Payments must be received prior to the course. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the congress.

Cancellation of congress registration

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the PCO Secretariat (MedACE Ltd, H-1013. Budapest, Attila u. 23). 
The following cancellation fees will apply:

    Until 5 March 2011: Refund minus € 80.00 handling fee
    After 5 March 2011: No refund

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the congress.

Payment


Payments by wire transfer are accepted until 5 April. Full payment must be received prior to the congress.

Security


For security reasons, all registrants will be issued a badge onsite which is required to be worn at all times during the course and at any organised functions. Badge swapping is strictly forbidden.
